A Summer camp wedding: dream. As soon as I met with Tesha and heard about her and Hunter’s wedding plans at The Camp at Buffalo Mountain in Jonesborough, TN, I knew we were a great fit. I love this couple and their wedding vision. Some of my favorite details from the day were the first looks with Dad and Hunter in the rain with pretty transparent umbrellas, the rugs used to create an aisle for the ceremony, the natural surroundings of the mountains, beautiful edible flower petal accented wedding cake, signature drinks, farm to table catering, creating a sealed celebratory wine box for the future during the ceremony, a floral truck to surprise the guests with create-your-own bouquets, the hand drawn art depicting the camp used for display and save-the-dates, Tesha’s gorgeous ball gown, grandmother’s ring box and Hunter’s green suit.
The wedding party: this group was incredible and didn’t hesitate for a minute when Tesha & Hunter decided to shoot with me around the camp in the pouring rain. Some of my favorite shots from the day were created during a downpour. This bride and groom were so excited to get married and their wedding party was there to support and have a good time! I also loved shooting with them at the end of the night, playing in the creek after the reception. Perfect adventurous way to end a Summer camp wedding.
