This was such a gorgeous summer wedding weekend! I joined Joseph & Randy at their rehearsal dinner at Blackwall Hitch when I arrived in Annapolis and got to know some of their closest friends and beautiful families before their wedding day.
The wedding took place at the Westin Annapolis. The handsome grooms donned Hugo Boss tuxedos and after getting ready with their crew, we headed out around town to take photos in the historic downtown area with their wedding party and dogs. I loved the beautiful brick roads, U.S. Naval Academy campus, charming waterfront with sailboats, cool murals and tourists congratulating them as we took portraits in the city.
The candlelit ceremony was very romantic and afterwards a mariachi band entertained the cocktail crowd. Their reception tables had incredible details chosen by the grooms including Celina’s Biscochitos wedding favors from New Mexico- one of the groom’s home state, paper products from The Dandelion Patch (who also created the gorgeous deco invitation suite) and beautiful flowers by Jeff Johnson at Blue Vanda Designs. One of my favorite details from the day were the toss bouquets made with lottery tickets and gift cards- great idea!
It was a great experience working with DJ Brennan Sullivan of Bialek’s Music, AWESOME planner Laura Kmitch, Frost Lighting Co., Fiona’s Cakes and Party Rental Ltd. I loved being a part of Randy & Joseph’s Annapolis wedding day!
