I’m always excited to share a Firehouse Chicago wedding! After getting to know them during their engagement session in Wicker Park and hearing their story I couldn’t wait to document Briseyda & Chris’ wedding day. P.S. online dating works.
We started the day at Covenant Presbyterian Church with family helping each other get ready in a whirlwind of chaos and fun. Bri & Chris were married by their minister in this incredibly beautiful church with readings from their fathers and songs from a friend. At the end of the ceremony they greeted each guest, thanking them for being a part of their ceremony and marriage. After family portraits outside in some gorgeous light we sped off for portraits in a nearby park and ended up at Firehouse Chicago for their reception.
Firehouse Chicago has lots of character, beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, historical details and is perfect for intimate weddings with up to 100 guests. Bri & Chris planned a night full of good food from Big Delicious Planet including an ice cream sundae bar, beautiful speeches, Polish traditions and Latin dancing. Thank you for having me Bri & Chris. I’m so thankful to know you and hope your honeymoon in Portugal was perfection!
