Noa & Elena were married on April 3, 2016 at Greenhouse Loft in Chicago, a sustainable wedding venue designed by a photographer.
I met them at home where they were getting ready with friends and family including friend Jeff Stuckey who flew in that day to style their hair. Their makeup artist was Angela Kokinda. And those bridal outfits! Are you kidding me? Winners of everything for their footwear choices.
We set off for portraits on the windy brisk day along the Lake Michigan shore and in Rogers Park before arriving at the venue where friends and family performed for them and gave heartfelt speeches. The ketubah signing was lively and full of song and smiles and Noa’s brother surprised her by flying in from Israel for her wedding! When it was time for the ceremony, the flower girls scattered tiny cowboy boots and Elena & Noa walked down the aisle together after each set of parents. I absolutely loved this ceremony officiated by Rabbi Lizzi Heydeman. You can feel their incredible happiness in the photos.
Afterwards the guests enjoyed cocktails before a beautifully lit reception filled with glittering orange dinosaurs, E&N temporary tattoos, tunes from DJ Jennefa K. and excellent food from Arbor catering. Thank you for having me Elena & Noa- enjoy some of my favorites from this beautiful wedding day!
