Like most people in my industry, I’m a sucker for love. This wedding day had no shortage of it. I first met with Heather & Georgie in 2017 when they hired me for their Fall 2019 wedding day. I enjoyed getting to know them over the past two years and they even traveled to Tennessee for an engagement session in the Smoky Mountains National Park. Their love is supported by and inspiring to their friends and family, very evident at their wedding. I absolutely loved documenting their day at The Millcreek Wilde and working with O’Honey Day of Coordination. The Millcreek Wilde is a perfect destination wedding venue for Chicago area couples who want something off the beaten path. Throughout the property in Watervliet, Michigan you can find getting ready suites and fire pits hidden in the forest and lots of indoor and outdoor areas for celebrating. An all time favorite DJ Jennefa was there as well as Charlyn’s Floral, Black Currant Bakehouse, White Horse Farm Catering and the 77 VW Photo Booth Bus.
