You might remember Devin & Raevyn’s East Tennessee engagement session at Big Ridge State Park earlier this year. This sweet couple is so in love and planned a colorful summer wedding on the Star of Knoxville Tennessee Riverboat for July 16, 2016 with their closest friends and family. The sunny ceremony was on the top deck with beautiful views of the Gay Street Bridge and the Tennessee River. The way Raevyn looked at Devin while she walked down the aisle with her father will melt your heart.
After the ceremony we set sail. I loved photographing the guests taking in the views and enjoying the cruise, listening to heartfelt speeches from lifelong friends, having drinks on the top deck and dancing below. After the wedding ceremony and reception with lots of DIY details we headed over to the park for photos before dinner and an after party. I love collaborating with brides and grooms to choose locations for portraits around town so they have an opportunity to have photos made in locations other than their venue. We had to make a quick stop at their house and I got a cute shot of Devin routinely checking her mail in her wedding dress.
